Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment: The booking of a residence at Kolte Patil Warje is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking amount as per the prevailing payment schedule. All payments must be made by the purchaser in favor of Kolte Patil Developers, as per the terms outlined in the agreement.
2. Possession and Handover: The possession date of the residence will be communicated to the purchaser upon completion of the project. Any delays in possession due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Kolte Patil Developers will be intimated to the purchaser in a timely manner.
3. Maintenance Charges: Upon possession, the purchaser will be liable to pay maintenance charges towards the upkeep and maintenance of common areas, facilities, and amenities at Kolte Patil Warje. These charges will be communicated to the purchaser prior to possession and are subject to revision as per the maintenance contract.
4. Alterations and Modifications: Any alterations or modifications to the residence by the purchaser must be approved in writing by Kolte Patil Developers. Unauthorized modifications may lead to penalties or legal action as per the terms of the agreement.
5. Refund and Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the purchaser, refund policies will be as per the terms outlined in the agreement. Any request for cancellation must be made in writing to Kolte Patil Developers and will be subject to applicable cancellation charges.
6. Legal Compliance: The purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the ownership and use of the residence at Kolte Patil Warje. Kolte Patil Developers will not be held liable for any non-compliance by the purchaser.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or disagreements arising between the purchaser and Kolte Patil Developers will be resolved through mutual negotiation and, if necessary, through arbitration as per the laws of India.
8. Force Majeure: Kolte Patil Developers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.

By booking a residence at Kolte Patil Warje, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions as well as any additional terms outlined in the agreement between the parties.
